If you would like to register for the Irish PLR, please do so by following one of the options below.

1. You can save the Application Pack for New Applicants document below to your computer, type in the details using Adobe Reader and print the completed form.

2. You can download the Application Pack for New Applicants document and fill-it in by hand.

Please note that all forms must be posted to PLR as we require an original signature and supporting documents to add information to the Register. If you require any further advice or help, please contact the PLR Office where a member of the PLR team will be pleased to assist.
