This form can be used to register one additonal title. If you wish to register more than one additional title, you will need to fill in the form for each additional title that you wish to register.

b) by filling in the downloadable form and sending it to us.

To complete either form you will need your PLR number which appears on the acknowledgement of registration letter you received.
Books added and validated will be included in the next payment round.
Closing Date for PLR Year 2010
Please note that the final date for receipt of additional book forms for the Irish PLR year 2010 is Tuesday August 31st, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
Books registered after that date will be included for PLR year 2011.
